Akhond Ishaq specializes in Spanish, Korean, Chinese and Pakistani cuisines’ cooking. He speaks fluently the Basque, Spanish, English and Balti languages. Ishaq started his career in 2002 as a low altitude Porter and soon as mountain cook and Guide.
Since then Ishaq has worked with many international groups including the winter expedition of Broad Peak 2010 and G1 winter expedition of 2012. During the winter expedition of Gasherbrum I Mr. Alex Txikon got impressed by Ishaq’s services and caring attitudes. Therefore, Mr. Txikon did invite Ishaq to Spain in rewards of his excellence services.
In Spain Akhond Ishaq learned Spanish and Basque languages, Spanish foods’ cooking as well as developed a large networking. He loves cooking and brought his extensive cooking experience at K2 Pakistan where our guests defiantly see menu variation and taste of European dishes.
